๐ŸššMoving to Maryland With a License?

Yes โ€” Maryland accepts out-of-state Driver Education courses if they meet or exceed the 30-classroom + 6-behind-the-wheel standard and are submitted to the MVA on the appropriate transfer form. Most U.S. state Driver Ed programs qualify. Out-of-country Driver Education does not transfer.
